Top Fashion Brands in the US and Their Influencer Marketing Strategies in 2018

It’s nearly the end of the year; a reflective time, where we take stock of everything we’ve accomplished thus far. Here at Wearisma, we’ve utilised intelligent data to provide a complete list of the top brands in Beauty, Fashion and Luxury who have conquered Influencer Marketing in four countries (US, UK, Japan and France) in 2018. In this post we’ve revealed the most popular Fashion brands in the US. By combining this data with in-depth analysis, we’ve been able to reveal their successful strategies and give insights into the techniques that you should be using in 2019 and beyond!

Zara is the most talked about fashion brand in the USA, France and Japan, whilst taking the third place spot in the UK. It can be argued that this positioning is down to the brands focus on cultivating organic content, as reports suggest that sponsored content only made up 1% of Zara’s earned media value for 2018.

Revolve on the other hand have seen success with a more direct approach to its influencer strategy. The fashion brand achieved its 3rd place position by dressing influencers and funding their trips to big US events such as Coachella. This method of ‘experience marketing’ managed to secure Revolve five times more impressions than the festival’s underwriter and fourth most mentioned brand H&M. Next on our list is Fashion Nova –  one of the most searched fashion brands. Fashion Nova can merit its success to using both mega influencers like Cardi B (@iamcardib) and Kylie Jenner (@kyliejenner) and creating a dedicated page requesting collaborations with influencers of any size.
