Top Luxury Brands in France and Their Successful Influencer Marketing Strategies in 2018

It’s nearly the end of the year; a reflective time, where we take stock of everything we’ve accomplished thus far. Here at Wearisma, we’ve utilised intelligent data to provide a complete list of the top brands in Beauty, Fashion and Luxury who have conquered Influencer Marketing in four countries (US, UK, Japan and France) in 2018. In this post we’ve revealed the most popular Luxury brands in France. By combining this data with in-depth analysis, we’ve been able to reveal their successful strategies and give insights into the techniques that you should be using in 2019 and beyond!

Whilst Gucci is the most mentioned luxury brand in UK, US and Japan.  Parisian luxury brand Chanel received the most mentions in France in 2018. It can be argued that Chanel achieved this popularity by working with influencers that produce highly curated content that portrays an aspirational lifestyle ‘one that is overtly editorial and arty in nature’.

Taking the number two spot is Dior. Dior’s work with 100 mega influencers this year for the relaunch of the #DiorSaddle bag creating a spike in the brand’s online popularity, reminding old clientele of the It bag and introducing it to Millenials and Gen Z followers. It is possible that Gucci’s thirds place position is down to the brands collaboration with modern artists (one of Wearisma’s key personas to watch for 2019) to create a host of modern, authentic and subsequently engaging content.
